Our average turnaround time is 3 business days from the vehicle arriving at our workshop, to it being ready for you to drive away. We offer highly competitive rates with trade discounts available for large import quantities.

If you choose Fastlane Motor Group to comply your vehicle we will:

  • Submit a Vehicle Import Application (VIA) on your behalf and manage any Request for Information (RFI’s) that come through from the Department.

  • Check your vehicle for any manufacturer recalls and advise you on the best course of action if there are any outstanding.

  • Collect your vehicle from the Port of Brisbane and deliver it to our compliance workshop in Chandler.

  • Inspect your vehicle for ADR compliance and damage. We will advise you on the best course of action if there is anything that is not up to standard.

  • Complete any service items on your vehicle including an oil and filter change.

  • We have onsite tyre facilities and batteries as it is not uncommon for a vehicle to arrive with a flat battery.

  • Have your vehicle inspected by an Approved Vehicle Verifier (AVV) who will double check our findings on your imported vehicle.

  • Supply you with a Consumer Information Notice (CIN) which you need to register your vehicle.

  • As an approved inspection station, we can issue you with a vehicle safety certificate.

  • Our onsite registration service means that you can drive away the same day that your vehicle is complied.

  • We have a comprehensive range of 1, 3 and 5 year warranty options to complement the purchase of your new imported vehicle should you want one.
